The dial of this watch is in a deep burgundy color that is inspired by the red of the evening sun upon the Suwa Lake, located southeast of the Shinshu Watch Studio, the place where Spring Drive watches are made.
Grand Seiko’s unique Spring Drive caliber combines the motive force of a mainspring with the high precision of a quartz watch (±1 second per day).
The hour and minute hands are cut to a razor-sharp edge, as are the indexes, to ensure that they reflect even the faintest ray of light and sparkle with clarity.
